Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort has announced it is to adopt QCI Chatalytics, bringing artificial intelligence to the gaming floor.
The Michigan-based Soaring Eagle already has an existing relationship with QCI according to a story in Gambling Insider having signed a deal in 2022 to use the QCI Unified Gaming Platform, and the new Chatalytics will include multiple tools using AI insights for casino management.
Named Slot Copilot and Player Copilot – which are both much better names than Chatalytics, Soaring Eagle will now get real-time monitoring of slot performance with the former, while the latter will bring analysis of guest data that will support targeting engagement strategies.
Hasta la vistaIt all sounds a bit like a resort the Terminator might visit and with the casino indicating that it will further integrate more artificial intelligence solutions going forwards and sees them as playing a key role in ongoing operational strategy, we are definitely going to see more things along these lines in the future.
QCI CEO Dr Ralph Thomas commented: “By weaving OpenAI’s capabilities into our solution, we deliver an unprecedented degree of automation and clarity. We believe Chatalytics will be a key factor in refining casino floor management and boosting guest satisfaction through instantaneous, data-driven decision-making.”
Meanwhile, Dr Michael Lynch, Director of Database Marketing at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, said: “Bringing QCI Chatalytics on board represents a vital step in leveraging AI to enhance our operations. With cutting-edge tools like the Robot Button, Slot Copilot and Player Copilot, we can offer more tailored guest experiences while gaining a clearer understanding of our gaming operations.”
