Best Dialga ex deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket

Space-Time Smackdown has certainly shaken things up in the Pokemon TCG Pocket battling meta, with a plethora of the newer cards making it into top-tier decks.

While Dialga ex doesn’t exactly fit into this new meta, there are some fantastic combinations of cards you can put together to catch your opponent off guard.

Here, we’ll be taking a look at what we think is the best Dialga ex deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket so you can use this legendary Pokemon in all its glory.

Since Dialga offers a bunch of versatility with its focus on providing energy to other Pokemon, there are actually a bunch of different decks you can craft to use it to its full potential.

However since it is a Metal type, we’ve chosen to go down that avenue, utilizing Pokemon with the same typing.

Because of this, we’ll be including Meltan and Melmetal alongside Skarmory to bolster the offensive, pairing them with Dialga’s Metallic Turbo attack.

As you can see from the above, there are multiple avenues you can go down in your battles with this deck, utilizing the new Pokemon Tools, swapping Pokemon in and out of the active spot, and more.

If you’re going to put Dialga ex straight into the active spot, you can get to the 2 energy mark, and start racking up energy on Melmetal. Use this in combination with Dawn, and you can get Dialga’s more potent attack going, hopefully resulting in some KOs.

However, you can throw Skarmory into the fray right off the bat, attach Rocky Helmet, and gain a huge damage increase on a 1 energy attack. This will allow you to then pump all your energy onto the bench, seeing as Skarmory doesn’t need any extra to either attack or retreat.
