A collaboration between BetComply and Binderr aims to make compliance in online gaming easier in the midst of a market boom.
Compliance consultants BetComply have announced a partnership with digital marketplace Binderr, which offers an online inventory of client onboarding services in a variety of industries. The goal is to make compliance in iGaming easier, as the market continues to grow and expand.
With more newcomers to iGaming appearing all the time and existing companies looking to expand to new markets, making compliance smoother is vital to support the growth of the sector. What’s more, governments are introducing more and more regulations, from Europe to the Americas, creating more opportunities for firms to fall foul.
Specifically, the partnership aims to simplify onboarding procedures across the iGaming sector and ensuring companies know where due diligence is required.
“Up to this point, we have managed this process manually, facilitating introductions and overseeing the onboarding process,” said BetComply’s Head of Account Management Iliana Lazarova, as reported by SBC News. “Binderr’s revolutionary onboarding technology simplifies this entire process and unlocks a marketplace teeming with providers with whom you can directly apply, armed with your ‘digital binder’ of documents. BetComply expedites licensing and certification, streamlining the entire process, which is essential for market entry.”
The importance of compliance in iGamingAt a time when rapid growth is expected, speeding up tasks that would otherwise be completed manually is vital, so there’s a strong focus on automation within Binderr and Betcomply’s offering too.
“Many of the compliance and licensing tasks are manual and take a lot of time,” she explains. “For operators, this can slow down business and use up a lot of internal resources. When we help automate and simplify these processes, it makes everything faster and more reliable. It also reduces the risk of mistakes.”
Betcomply appears to be targeting firms looking to enter new markets, with clear procedures for identifying what documents are needed, highlighting proper internal procedures, and ensuring a smooth introduction to national regulators.
“Our team brings deep regulatory knowledge and hands-on experience, helping clients prepare complete and accurate applications,” Lazarova told SBC News. “We act as a partner throughout the journey, from initial assessment to post-licence support, ensuring that operators stay ahead of compliance requirements and can focus on growing their business with peace of mind.”
BetComply’s partnership with Binderr will begin when the marketplace launches in June, with registrations for suppliers and providers open now.
