Caesars Entertainment strikes innovative deal with Bragg Gaming

DATE POSTED:February 26, 2025
Caesars Entertainment Strikes Innovative Deal with Bragg Gaming

Bragg Gaming Group and Ceasers Entertainment have signed an exclusive partnership, propelling Bragg to become a technology partner for Canada and the US. Until now, Bragg was a dedicated content supplier to Ceasars Entertainment, but with this new agreement, the company will develop casino games in-house.

Even though the details of the agreement weren’t disclosed, it’s a massive move by both parties and will play a key role in shaping their future. Bragg is looking to establish its name as a reliable technology provider and fuel its growth through revenue to support the expansion strategy for 2025.

Caesars and Bragg Gaming’s bold new venture

The new agreement gives Bragg exclusive licensing and game development rights with the use of their Remote Gaming Server technology. On the other hand, this deal also allows Caesars to deploy and develop casino games with its new in-house team.

Bragg will provide its extensive technology suite to Ceasars, including the Fuze player engagement system and HUB product delivery platform. With these technologies, Caesars will be able to utilize AI game recommendations and add free rounds, bonuses, and other engaging incentives.

All of the new gaming content created through this platform will be disrupted by Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, Horseshoe Casino, and Caesars Palance Casino in different states, including Ontario, Pennsylvania, Michigan, New Jersey, etc. By leveraging Bragg’s technology, Caesars is setting itself apart in an industry where player engagement tools are becoming just as crucial as game content itself.

The creation of unique casino games for a digital era

The chief commercial offer of Bragg Gaming, Neill Whyte, said that the company is thrilled with the start of the new technology and content project at Caesars platforms. The two companies have a history of successful projects and this expansion is a commitment towards future partnerships and growth.

Matt Sunderland, the Senior Vice President of Caesars Digital, also said that Bragg’s technological capabilities have constantly excited their expectations. That’s why the company decided to take things to the next level and create a partnership as part of the strategic growth plan.

The company will be able to develop its proprietary table games and digital slots and offer exclusive experiences to casino players. Owning exclusive digital content gives Caesars a stronger position in the market, making it less reliant on third-party game providers and more in control of its gaming portfolio.

Caesars’ strategic moves to enhance gaming experience

Caesars Entertainment is one of the US operators looking to expand its gaming portfolio as it opened another live dealer venue in Pennsylvania. In 2024, Caesars Entertainment also acquired WynnBet’s operations in Michigan, expanding its US portfolio.

Many are still wondering how Caesars will utilize Bragg’s PAM platform to retain players, but the solution has proven successful with targeted promotions, unique journeys, and generating loyal players.

As far as Bragg is concerned, apart from this partnership, the company also moved into Brazil after the country legalized regulated online gambling.

Brazil’s current gambling market is worth around $7 billion, but projections show it will reach around $9 billion by 2029, meaning that it will be an exciting market for all gaming operators. At the moment, Bragg supplies around a third of operators in Brazil, including brands like Sportingbet, Betano, and Superbet. Bragg’s simultaneous expansion into the US and Brazil highlights a calculated global strategy – securing major partnerships in established markets while planting roots in emerging ones.
