Gemini on the Pixel Watch 3 was supposed to solve my biggest issue with Google's voice commands — but it apparently made it worse

Trying to use Gemini on my watch should automatically stop Gemini on my phone from listening in and trying to steal its thunder. Shouldn't AI be smarter than this?
