Google I/O 2025: when it is and what we can expect

Google has confirmed it will be holding its I/O 2025 event in May, allowing tech enthusiasts to hear about the company’s latest offerings.

The event is happening both in person and online via live stream, with big software and hardware announcements expected. Along with technical sessions, there will be workshops and plenty of networking opportunities for developers and those wanting to get a sneak preview of new Android, Gemini, and Wear OS products.
