Google is developing a film and TV project called 100 Zeroes to promote a positive perception of its products and the tech industry among young audiences, according to a Business Insider report.
The initiative involves collaboration between Google’s Platforms & Devices team and production company Range Media, rather than establishing a new in-house production studio. Google clarified that it will work with existing studios for distribution, ruling out the use of its owned platform YouTube or a proprietary streaming service.
Google stated that its collaboration with Range Media aims to help the creative community integrate advanced technologies such as XR and AI into filmmaking. The company is looking to support the development of content that incorporates cutting-edge tech.
