Destiny 2 has been partial to a collab or two in recent times with big franchises partnering with Bungie to bring fancy cosmetics for your Guardian to don.

We’ve seen The Witcher, Mass Effect, and Ghostbusters-themed goodies make their way into the game and now it’s Star Wars’ turn to enter the fray.

Below, we’ll take a look at everything we know about the Destiny 2 Star Wars crossover, revealing the cosmetics, potential pricing, and other details.

Destiny 2 x Star Wars collab explained

In the Destiny 2 Heresy Act 1 Developer Livestream, a whole host of different details were revealed for the latest expansion.

Alongside this was a Destiny 2 x Star Wars crossover which has a plethora of items on offer, allowing you to kit out your chosen Guardian class to look like someone from a galaxy far far away.

Looking at the armor that is available, you’ve got the Covert Ranger Hunter set which is inspired by the Elite Deathtroopers, the Royal Protector Warlock set which is a take on the Royal Imperial Guards, and the Shock Enforcer Titan set which emulates the classic Stormtrooper look.

Accompanying this armor is the DS-2 Ghost Shell which is Destiny’s embodiment of the iconic Return of the Jedi Death Star, alongside themed Emotes, Finisher, Sparrow, and a Ship.

These will all be available on Episode: Heresy’s launch on February 4, so not only will there be a bunch of new content to dive into, this Star Wars themed gear will be ready to pick up too.

As for how much these cosmetics will cost, if we were to go off the previous collaborations like The Witcher, you’re going to have to part with a chunk of Silver.

A set of Witcher-themed armor required 2000 Silver which translates to $19.99 in real world cash so if the Star Wars crossover follows suit, it’s a hefty price to pay to dress up as a Titan Stormtrooper.

When Heresy launches, we’ll know the exact pricing, so until then, it’s all a little up in the air but the above will likely be in the immediate ballpark.
