Fortnite Crew: Major changes to Battle Royale’s subscription pass – what it means for you, plus news of Battle Pass price increase

DATE POSTED:November 20, 2024
Epic Games updates Unreal Engine price point for non-game developers

If you have ever been tempted into a monthly Fortnite Crew subscription then this is for you. Epic Game’s subscription service that netted you Battle Passes and monthly cosmetics for everybody’s favorite Battle Royale is getting an unexpected boost, at a more unexpected price freeze.

In a world where everybody is so used to reading about price increases, “in order to maintain our level of service” blah blah blah while creaming in millions, yes you did read that correctly. Fortnite Crew subscribers are going to be receiving a fair bit more, without it costing an extra penny. Go figure? The Matrix is broken.

From December 1st Fortnite Crew subscribers will not only receive the Fortnite goodies but will now start to receive both Lego Fortnite and Music Passes as well at no extra cost. Here’s what the sub will now get you on the first of every month.

  • All Seasonal Battle Passes
  • 1,000 V-Bucks
  • Latest Lego Pass
  • Latest Music Pass
  • Fornite Crew cosmetics
  • Rocket Pass Premium for Rocket League

The price for Fortnite Crew membership will remain at $11.99/£9.99

In a post on X, the official Fortnite account stated:” Starting December 1, the Music, LEGO, and Fortnite OG Passes will also be included in your Fortnite Crew subscription for the same price as before.”
