TL;DR: Printify is definitely the better pick in my opinion if you want to create custom products, and set yourself apart from the competition.

It’s one of my favorite Print-on-Demand vendors for a few reasons. Printify has amazing AI-powered design tools, it integrates with a lot of different sales channels, and it gives you more product options than just about any other vendor.

Modalyst is great, but it’s really just another tool for dropshipping, now that the company is phasing out its print-on-demand services. Frankly, I think there are better (and cheaper) dropshipping apps out there, though I do appreciate Modalyst’s fantastic order tracking tools.
