DATE POSTED:September 16, 2024
Satisfactory gameplay

Satisfactory is one of the most played PC games at the moment, keeping keen builders and resource finders entertained for hours on end.

If you’re thinking you’ve heard the title before, this is because it was in early access for years on end as the devs tweak a bunch of mechanics ahead of a 1.0 launch.

Now that day has arrived and many are praising how good it is, console gamers want a piece of the Satisfactory pie.

Below, we’ll reveal all we know on the Satisfactory console release so if you’re wanting to get stuck in you’re all clued up on the details.

Is Satisfactory on console?

Satisfactory does not have a console release at this current time, it is a PC-only game.

However, do not lose all hope because the developers have stated that it will be coming to consoles ‘soon’.

If you watched the Satisfactory 1.0 launch trailer right up to the end, you were met with a screen announcing that the game will make it onto other hardware.

There are no dates attached to this though, not even a year, so there’s no saying when this day will come.

satisfactory console release

What we do know is that to get Satisfactory to a 1.0 state took years so we would suggest you don’t hold your breath for a console launch in the very near future.

Moreover, there’s no inclination as to which consoles it will launch on but since it’s complex with an open world and many moving parts, it might be that PS4 and Xbox One will be left behind.

When we get more information about the Satisfactory console launch, we’ll be sure you update you on all the relevant details.
