Depending on when you purchased Star Wars: Outlaws you may have a considerable stash of DLC and pre-order bonuses awaiting you this weekend. Not all of what you have been promised will be available to you from the start of your game, so what should you expect, and when should you expect to receive it?
Star Wars Outlaws DLC itemsA lot of old Star Wars lore was hidden in the pre-order bonuses – outfits and vehicles that would help players reminisce about their favorite Star Wars moments were available depending on the version you chose to purchase. However, upon loading the game and heading into the inventory to kit out your character with all these goodies will only lead to a big message telling you that you will have to wait and that you have unlocked some bonus content that will not be available until you have played through enough of the main story to unlock them.
No further clues however and you are not given any indication of how much work you must put in before getting what you paid for when you picked up Star Wars: Outlaws.
Most bonuses can be found in your ship, but you don’t start off with the ship do you, so you will need to play the main campaign to the point where you obtain access to the Trailblazer. This will be after you complete the “Underworld” mission where Eleera will hand you over some Fuel Injectors for the Trailblazer.
Now you will be given a mission that will take you to The Grazing Fields on Toshara where you must locate a village where you will discover the Trailblazer for the first time.
Enter the ship and head to the cargo hold and, if all has gone to plan, there should be a crate in front of you marked Delivery Crate.
The crate is used throughout the game, but if you check its contents now you should find you have access to all the DLC and pre-order cosmetic bonuses you earned by paying up early and you can now spend the next few minutes playing Star Wars dress-up until you get the look you were after.
