WhatsApp bug is causing a green screen to pop up and app to close

WhatsApp’s latest beta access has caused some testers to experience the screen turning completely green, making the app unusable.

The instant messaging app which is owned by Meta is facing a major green screen issue in its beta version 2.24.24.5, but the bug does seem to be only isolated to this beta.

The users who are testing the new version are reporting a complete green screen when they go to click on a chat, with others reporting the app forces close.
